# Your queue: triage, decide, verify

> The three things only a person does, and how to get through them on the page.

Agents do most of the writing. Three things wait for a person: saying what a raw idea is, making a call, and watching a fix work. The page brings each one to you with what you need to answer it.

## What is waiting on you

The rail's **Triage** tab counts cards nobody has looked at yet. **Active** counts what waits on a person: cards that need verifying and cards awaiting a decision. Blocked cards are not in that count, because they wait on the world, not on you.

On each of those groups in the list, a button (**Triage ▸**, **Decide ▸**, **Verify ▸**) walks you through the group one card at a time. You can also start from a single card.

## Triage: what is it, and where does it go

A triage card is a raw idea, often just a title. For each one, answer two things:

* **What is it?** Pick its labels: Feature, Bug, or your own.
* **Where does it go?** **Investigating** if someone should dig, **Awaiting decision** if it needs a call first, **Park** with a reason if it is real but not for now, or **Same as** if it duplicates a card that already exists. The page shows cards with similar titles to help you spot those.

Triage never marks anything ready or done: it only says what the card is and who looks next.

## Decide: make the call

A card awaiting a decision shows what is known: the finding, the analysis, the latest comment. Choose where it goes:

* **Ready to build**, with the approach, in a line.
* **Parked** or **By design**, with the reason.

The line you type is what the next reader sees, so write it for someone who was not here.

## Verify: watch it work

A card in **Needs verification** shows where to run it, the test steps, what changed, and nearby cards worth a look.

* **Pass** marks it Done with your name as the person who saw it work. You can undo it from the notice that follows.
* **Fail** sends it back, to Investigating unless you pick another status, with a note on what you saw.
* **Skip** puts it at the end of the run.

With a keyboard: `p` passes, `f` fails, `s` skips, `u` undoes the last pass. Press `?` for the rest.

## Handing it to your agent instead

Every part of the queue can go to your agent instead, as a prompt you copy from the page. Inside a run, **Copy prompt** (`c`) copies the prompt for the card in front of you. Where the rest are, and what the agent does with each: [Work from an agent →](/docs/agent#a-part-of-the-queue)
