# Join your team

> Your team already works in witness. Connect your own agent, and teach it once.

Someone has set up your team's project and invited you to the organisation. Your agent connects with your own sign-in, so what it writes for you carries your name, not theirs.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Paste this to your agent">
    ```text theme={null}
    Add this MCP server: https://witness.nu/mcp
    Streamable HTTP with OAuth — there's no client id or secret to enter; a browser will open to sign me in. If you can't add it yourself, tell me how to add it in the tool I'm using.
    Once it's connected, take a look and suggest where to start.
    ```
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign in">
    A browser opens. Sign in with your witness account and pick your team's organisation.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Let it read the project">
    The agent finds your team's projects and reads the one you point it at before its first write: the purpose, the working rules, and how to use a project. Ask it where to start; it suggests something from what is waiting.
  </Step>
</Steps>

Sooner or later your agent does something your team does differently. Tell it. It logs the lesson as one line in the project, in your name, and when a few lessons point the same way, they become a rule every agent reads. [Corrections →](/docs/concepts/corrections)

<Tip>
  The same project opens in your browser: sign in at [witness.nu](https://witness.nu) and pick it from the console, the list of your organisation's projects. The page is where you triage, decide and verify. [Your queue →](/docs/guides/queue)
