Priced per organisation, not per person.
Testers, stakeholders and agents hold links, not seats, so there is nothing to count per person — and a thorough project is the product working, so there is nothing to count per card either.
Both plans are open to teams we have let in. Witness is taking a few at a time and setting each one up by hand, so the first step on either plan is to ask for access.

One active project, forever — once you are in

The details
VAT
Prices exclude VAT. At checkout, VAT is calculated for your country; a business with a valid VAT number in another EU member state is invoiced under reverse charge.
Payment
Card, through Stripe. Invoices and receipts are in the billing portal, reachable from the console. If a payment fails, nothing is switched off while it is retried.
When you stop
Your projects stay readable and exportable. On Free with more than one project, the existing ones keep working; you cannot create another until you are back under the limit.
Something not covered — invoicing, a data processing agreement on your paper, single sign-on? support@witness.nu is read by a person.
