witness for Windows
The same projects and cards as witness.nu, and agent sessions that run on your PC with your own Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode.
Install it
Run the file you downloaded. It installs witness for you alone, without asking for an administrator.
The first time, Windows may stop it with Windows protected your PC: the installer is not yet signed with a certificate Windows recognises. Choose More info, then Run anyway. Updates install through the app and do not ask again.
Then open witness and press Sign in using your browser; it is the same account as witness.nu.
What it does on your PC
witness runs as you: it installs nothing that runs in the background, and it never asks for your password.
The app talks to witness.nu. A session runs your own Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode, on your own accounts and models, on repositories in a folder you choose.
Updates download in the background from witness.nu, which sends the app on to GitHub for the file. Each one is checked against a key built into the app before it installs, and installs when you press Restart to update.
